 his heat?  It's time to go tubing down the Brazos river\, a family-friendly
  event!\n\nThrow out the notion of running whitewater rapids in a tube.  Th
 e whole idea of tubing is relaxing! We'll have a cooler\, so bring a bevera
 ge of your choice and kick back!  You need to bring a driver's license (to 
 rent the tube)\, some cash (approx $20 for rentals)\, hat\, sunscreen\, and
  water to drink.  If you can't afford to lose it\, leave it at home or in t
 he car.  Zip-lock bags are great to keep your cash dry.  Optional items inc
 lude sunglasses\, river shoes/sandals\, snacks\, or waterproof camera.  Def
 initely no glass containers or styrofoam.\n\nWe'll meet at one of the river
  rental outfitters just outside of Glen Rose at 10:00 AM.  We'll float for 
 about 3 hours\, then take the shuttle back.\n\nCome on! The water is warm!\
